All articles published in the Journal are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which means all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution.
We encourage authors to state where data supporting the results reported in a published article can be found, and under what conditions the data can be accessed. They also include links (where applicable) to the data set.
